Registration is easy and free. Activations may take up to 24 hours but once logged on you can search, browse assets, create, send and share lightboxes as well as order assets for non-commercial tourism related promotional purposes.

*Please note that the GREAT Britain Campaign Toolkit is within a restricted area on the site and is made available to VisitBritain staff, suppliers and partners working directly with VisitBritain only. Organisations may apply for access to the toolkit by contacting brand@visitbritain.org.

Any User who registers with an email address of name@visitbritain.org
VisitBritain Suppliers
In order for a supplier (creative agency/print/design/production/website) working on behalf of VisitBritain to be given full access to the collection, VisitBritain staff are asked to confirm details of the new supplier to the VBi support team. Please provide the supplier name, contact name, project description and timeline. Without this a supplier will be declined access.
VisitBritain Partnerships
VisitBritain staff may invite travel trade companies to register to the site for full access to the collection, if they are working on joint Campaigns or projects.
In order for a travel trade company to be given full access to the collection VisitBritain staff are asked to confirm the project and contact details of the company who will be submitting their registration, to the VBi support team. Without staff confirmation, travel trade companies will be given restricted access as normal.

Travel Trade are invited to access a dedicated area where VisitBritain have made available up to 3500 images and selected footage clips from its archive. These assets may be used for UK tours and promotions at no charge for up to 1 year – please read the terms and conditions for further detail on usage. These images are also available to view within the Galleries on the homepage.
All other images and footage clips may be licensed at www.britainonview.com
Press & Media
National & International Press and Media are invited to access a dedicated area where VisitBritain have made available 3500 images and selected footage clips from its archive. These assets are also available to view within the Galleries on the homepage.
These assets may be used when highlighting the destinations of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and the Channel Islands at no charge for up to 1 year – please read the terms and conditions for further detail on usage.
Press writing articles on non-travel/tourism subjects that feature the UK are not eligible.

By-lined article - any article written by a VisitBritain spokesperson
Other - any other article type which doesn't fall into one of the above categories but which is connected to the promotion of tourism in Britain/VisitBritain
