New functionality - Project share - 16 February 2021
It is now possible to share a view-only version of a project which can be shared by emailing a link to an individual or mailing list, whether or not the recipient has a VBI account. When you share a project now you will see an extra option to share by link:
When you click on Get Link a URL is generated:
If you then click Copy URL this copies the link to your clip board and you can then paste this into an email. A recipient can view the images whether they are logged into the site or not, or even have an account registered, but they will need to have an account to be able to download any assets. The original project share functonality is still available by clicking Email and proceeding as before.
